How long until I receive my order?

On hand orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days of placing your order. Once dispatched, your order is handled by our logistics partners Lalamove, Grab Express, and JNT.

What if I’ve pre-ordered an item?

Pre-ordered items are estimated to be processed and dispatched within 7-12 working days of placing your order. Once dispatched, your order is handled by our logistics partner.

Please note that we do not split deliveries so if you have placed an order containing an on hand item alongside a pre-order item, your whole order will be shipped once the pre-order item is dispatched. Please order on hand items separately if this would be an issue for you.

Returns and Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?

All items undergo quality checks before dispatch, ensuring that we only ship out non-defective items. 

If you’re not completely satisfied with the size or fit of your purchase, you can have your items exchanged within a period of 15 days. To process your exchange request, you must send us an email at rbn.racing17@gmail.com clearly indicating the following details: name, order date, order number, your contact details, and attached photos of claim. (Clearance items do not apply)

Items for exchange will be dispatched when we have received the items back and have it undergo quality check. You must return the items within 15 days from the day you notify us of your exchange request. You will bear the direct costs of returning the items.
